I thank God, I did not have any complications. No infections, no seromas, no hematomas, no aspirations, no spitting stitches, no throwing up, no constipation. I still like my incision although i don't like the height of it. Its a clean cut and thin. It healed well and I haven't began to use the scar away gel a yet.
I probably can stop wearing the compression garment but I don't have a nice shape without it. My cousin swears if i keep wearing it it will mold me. I don't like what i look like without it.
I don't like the little lipo scar holes on my sides. Makes me feel like my body looks battered up.
Overall its nice to be able to wear my pants and skirts with out the muffin top, sucking in my belly or having the buttons or zipper squeezing me.
The puffiness on top of my vagina was a definite unexpected. I didn't expect that at all. I hope its swelling and goes down. it kinda looks like i might have a penis down there. not cool in body hugging skirts or gym pants.
i hope to see more of a difference at the three month mark.

almost 2 months post TT
I meet with the doctor on Monday. He say I can't have a TT over the TT I just did. We both laughed. No I can lipo it either he said. We laughed. He said I have Visceral fat and I need to lose about 20lbs. He said probably more but he'll give me 20. He also said I need to exercise and that I will see a change with the exercise as I no longer have the apron in front of me.

At the initial consultation I immediately liked Dr. Filstein. He noticed right away that the bulk of the weight was in my stomach and that I had a narrow shape with really no hips. The second time I saw him was the day of surgery. I have not interacted with him since the surgery date. His nurse removed my stitches, bandages and drains on my 2 returned visits after surgery. The nurse explained he will meet with me on my 1 month post op visit in June.
