Lolz thanks and im sure yours will
Hi rica123, I think your nose looks great! I'm due for surgery next week and the only fear I have is if i dont like the result. Even though you didnt like your nose previous to surgery, were you shocked when your new nose was revealed? Almost like you need to train your brain to a new look?
Lolz yes i was very shocked with the results but keep in mind when u get ur cast off your nose is going to be very swollen and it will appear bigger so dont judge your nose yet until after a few months. My nose is still very swollen and it kinda looks like my old nose in the front but when the swelling goes down it will look completely different as my skin starts to wrap around the new nose that my surgeon created. I will update u guys with pictures
Yes please put up your pics. I think you have made great progress and it looks good. It's very weird to wake up to a new look but like you say it takes time to see the final result. Getting excited!!!!
lolz thank you and let me know if u have any more questions before or after your surgery. I wish u the best :)
Looking VERY nice! Thank you so much for sharing on RealSelf. :)
Hi! Just read your review on your post surgery. I must say that your nose looks great! I'm due for surgery next week..I'm a little nervous about the recovery stage ..mostly sleeping lol (as I like to sleep on my side). Did you find that sleeping was the hardest process during the recovery stage? And what method did you take to make yourself comfortable while sleeping?
lolz omgg yes sleeping was one of annoying part of recovery. The first 24-48 hours you must sleep elevated on 3 pillows or even if u can sleep sitting on the sofa. The reason for this is that after your surgery your nose will be dripping blood and im sure u wont like blood going down your throat. From my personal experience, i slept on 3 pillows for the first 4 nights with another pillow on my back for support. I did not sleep well the first 3 nights. After i started to reduce my pillows to 2 pillows and now im sleeping normal. Your nose will be very congested so before your surgery date i would definitely get nasal spray that is a life saver and get a stool softener cause u will feel constipated and a straw is like mandatory lolz cause u wont be able to drink properly due to a stiff upper lip
Thank you for your feedback. Ugh not looking forward to it but I feel at ease with your pointers!! :)
Lolz u will be fine. Its more like an annoying recovery than painful.
Lol I bet it is
your nose looks really good. It doesn't even look swollen.
lolz thank you. The bridge looks good even though its swollen but when i update my pics you see start to see my bridge more scooped

I decided to do a rhinoplasty because i hated my nose so much. There was a big dorsal hump on my bridge, my tip was drooping down and the facial plain was too wide from the front and i felt so insecure about it. After doing extensive research for the perfect surgeon, i finally went with Dr. Philip Miller. After the consultation, i chose him because i felt he listened to me and knew exactly what i wanted to achieve with my nose plus he is experienced with performing many rhinoplasties. I know many of you reading this would like to know the price of this procedure. Well the consultation was $250 and the entire surgery including facility fees and anesthesia was a total of $12,400. My surgery date was July 8th 2015. As for recovery, it was not painful at all, It just felt like i had a cold and i was congested. Overall i am very very happy with my results and the best part is that it look so natural and so beautiful to me. I recommend everyone to Dr. Philip Miller

Did you send this doctor a thank you gift or card? I'm curious as to what patients send to a doctor in appreciation of their services .
I could not thank my surgeon enough the day i removed my cast and i also this review that i created is very much appreciated because i want everyone to know how great my surgeon is. :)
I too just had surgery with Dr. Miller. He and his staff are top notch. I am quite pleased with my nose too although it is a bit swollen. Thank you for your quick reply. I would recommend this doctor 100 percent.
lolz no problem and my nose is very swollen too. I can't wait for the final results to come. Dr. Miller is the best :)
Agreed
Your nose looks great too!
Is he is through with his patients? how does he let you know how will he will achieve the change you want? does he takes pictures or show you how your nose would look with the changes?
I recently went for a consultation with him. Felt rushed. I came across a dr weintraub. Night and day. His photos are amazing. Quality not quantity. Make an appointment for a consultation its free. My nose isnt just about taking a bump out. I have thick skin. Got one more to see but i have to tell u Weintraub is pretty damn impressive so far. U can feel the pride he puts into every single surgery hes done. Go book the free consultation . you will see what i mean.
It looks fantastic you must be so pleased!! Xx
lolz thank you so much and yes i am very pleased with the results so far ^_^

I can smile but I think I'm more scared than anything, I still have sitches inside my nose so I don't really want to disturb it so much!
And Yes I'm 13 days post op!
