I needed to get rid off of my turkey neck, but I was afraid of fix it because the need of going to sleep. My nurse told me her Botox plastic surgeon does facelifts under local anesthesia and that he said he would do my neck under local anesthesia too.
I went for a consultation with my wife and I really liked Dr. Mesa. He took almost an hour to answer all my questions. He offered me to speak with some of his previous patients that underwent similar procedure without the need to go to sleep. I spoke with them. They both told me the procedure was painless and that they were very happy.
I did my surgery just before summer. I didn’t have to go to sleep! Recovery was as Dr. Mesa showed me. My turkey neck is gone and I am very happy. I feel more confident.
Dr. Mesa is a great plastic surgeon. Him and his staff are very pleasant and professional. My wife is going to do her facelift with Dr. Mesa, of course under local anesthesia when the time comes.
