So I'm turning 46 this year and the extra skin in my upper eyelids had been bothering me for for a while now. I am so happy I had this procedure with Dr. Kotlus! I wanted subtle and it is. Everything he told me to expect was spot on. I went with local anesthesia, I never felt Any pain. Discomfort in the following days but no pain. After one week I was able to go out in public with glasses and it was barely noticeable. After two weeks I was back to my old routine. I had an eyelid lift and laser treatment around my eyes. The fractal laser is great. After a few days the treated area peeled and left smooth skin. Smooth skin under my eyes! Dr. Kotlus turned back the clock for me. I can't thank him enough.

Thank you! Dr. Kotlus used a fractal laser on the bottom. No stitches the skin is so smooth. It lessened the freckles too :) I have stitches on the top in the crease I hardly even see them a month later.

one of the best I've seen, congrats! I agree that you look 20 yrs younger. You only mention your upper eyelids, but I assume you also had a lower lid blepharoplasty. Could you say if it was transconjunctival? I assume you have no external stitches. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated, I am in the market for the right doctor. Thanks and enjoy!

Thank you! I did not have lower surgery. Only stitches on the top in the crease. I hardly notice them a month later. Dr Kotlus used a fractal laser on the bottom. The skin is so smooth I love it. He used the laser all around. I recommend it. Great results.
