Firstly i was not going to write a review until the healing process was through but its been over 2months since i removed my buccal fat and its been a traumatic period. Its not working out for me my lower face is extremely rounder and fatter than before and im not swollen im scared that this will remain even after 6months im optimistic but each time i look in the mirror i see a rounder face and to make matters worse im getting bulges at each side of my jaw as big as a ball as if i have something stored in my mouth its taking a toll On me mentally because physically i wasnt like that hopefully this is just one of the process that will fade...will love to atleast hear from someone who have had this procedure and how was the healing process....?

I'm sorry to hear your horrific experience. How are you doing now? I had buccal fat removal over three weeks ago and my cheeks are still swollen. One side is worse than the other. Not only that, but the side that is fatter is swollen, firm, and sensitive to the touch; it also feels like I have an abcess. The other side has dents in it while the swollen parts are also hard, and the jawline is uneven. I'm trying everything to make it go down, taking natural supplements, but I fear they will calcify and never go down. I went through an MRI and x-ray but from what I am told, there is no fluid build up or hematoma. But i look like a chipmunk and my smile is nothing like it used to be. I look freakish when I try to smile. I'm devastated and have never felt so depressed before. Hope you're doing much better at this point, so please update if you're up to it.

It sounds like due to the surgery, you may have had a collection of blood in the area worked on and this can cause the bulges you are getting. Check out what this doctor says in the video and talk to a professional about your options.

No problem. I really hope your face turns out the way you wanted; I'm looking into the same surgury but on just one side as the left side of my face is Much puffier than my right, but I don't have the funds, & I only want the very best doctor.

@moniaajuweda honey if you havent paid your money as yet please dont. Your results might not be like mine but i cant be a encourage you seeing what i went through and is still going through. Im looking to reverse it soon it is not worth it indentations in your face sunkeness its just too much it did not add to my apperance if you have a email address i could send you the pics as im not quite comfortable with posting it. Extremely dissappointed, unhappy and completely stressed out about the aftermath of my surgery its just getting worse on the leftside causing my face to look uneven i know that the leftside is sunken and looks wierd i cant help but to cry when i see myself in the mirror this is causing me alot of pain. Im booked to see my doctor on wednesday hopefully this can be fixed and i also have appointments with other doctors for them to explain to me what has happened. I posted pics which shows how the left side has merged with the double chin how saggy it looks and look clearly and you will see a long line running from my ear to my chin and how dark the area is...

@irsi i tried updating on sunday and wanted to state the name in full of the doctor but all it is doing is referring me back my original posts the doctor i went to is dr basil pakeman. Worst mistake of my life i dont want to bash is work as it might be my facial anatomy im finding every excuse in the book as to not bash but i hate my results and its hard to find someone that i can trust to fix it. Try looking at my results folks. We had different surgeons but they sound the same. Baggy concertina face.
So disappointing even after fat transfer to try and correct it.

The after math of my buccal fat procedure is a constant strain on my physical&mental emotions. My facial features are so strong and not attractive i paid to mess up my features and its costing me in everyway even financially. I will never look normal again. I cant stress enough please do not opt for this procedure save yourself the emotional distress it is not worth it. Prayer is what is keeping me because i want to make sure i choose the right doctor for this reversal. Looking back i was foolish to allow a doctor who only has different photos of person that has done the procedure that wasnt credible enough but i thought it looked good. Now i have ti live with this mistake.

I feel for you, even after having a facelift to resolve the baggy skin I was left with after my buccal fat extraction, I still have complications due to the lack of fat in my face and sadly I don't think that will ever change.
