I know everyone says to wait the full three months before making your final decision but I can't imagine much change happening in the next five weeks.

Right now I'm putting this procedure in the Not Worth It category.

Fountain Med Spa has changed it's name to EGA Med Spa. While my tech, Rose, was very nice she did not explain any aftercare with me. My sister had the procedure with another tech Maribel a month prior so she told me what to do. Since I've had Cool Sculpting on April 25th I have not heard from anyone from the spa to ask me how I was doing etc etc.

I do see a difference! But I agree. I think I personally had high and false expectations. We are the exact same day. One day it looks amazing and the next I look just the same.

Today made 8 weeks!

Yeah I agree with you. It's good not greeeat.

I don't know if the price and annoyance of a numb stomach for 4 weeks were worth the "results". I've noticed those that did 4 sessions (2 on each side) had really great results! I don't know if I want to spend $1100 again though.

I hope everyone had a great memorial day weekend! It basically rained all weekend here in NY.

Nothing new to report on. Same as last week, I can see it in photos but I don't see it in person. My clothing fits the same, which I don't really mind.

Someone asked me a question about my diet and if I changed it for the procedure. I don't drink soda, juice, alcohol & stay away from refined sugars....but I do like my carbohydrates. I only drink water and seltzer - I know I'm so boring. I didn't change anything for the procedure but maybe I should have!

The tech told my sister when she had her procedure to drink a lot of water. My sister is a triathlete so there was so issue there.

Hope everyone else is seeing progress in themselves! :-)

I definitely see a difference! Why do you have it marked as "Not Worth It?"

Hi! Thanks so much for reading. I think if I didn't get a discount on the services there is no chance I would've paid full price for them . The spa was running 20% off if you purchased two sessions or more.

I didn't take photos before my procedure so the photos that you see are two days after so I was super swollen so the difference from today to then is HUGE!

There is no noticeable difference in my clothing and/or the way my clothes fit. I can see the difference in photos but not in person. I don't know if the price and annoyance of a numb stomach for 4 weeks were worth the "results". I've noticed those that did 4 sessions (2 on each side) had really great results! I don't know if I want to spend $1100 again though ☹️

I hear you... I did my arms & inner lower thighs (fatty knees) 4 weeks ago... I don't see much change yet. BUT, I was told at my initial consultation that I would definitely need treatments per area & I am having the 2nd treatment done next week. Total investment at that point will be $3600 - which will be WORTH it if it WORKS. Plus, I did not want to go through the drains/bruising/recovery time involved with lipo!

By the way - I know we are all our own worst critics - but I would kill to have your figure in your "BEFORE" pics haahaa!

Thanks so much! I've gotten A LOT of negative direct messages from others who said I should be happy with the way I look and I shouldn't complain or seek treatment but like....how is it that their business? I work my ass off in the gym 4-5x a week and I want that pooch gone! My sister is a triathlete and she has that damn pooch. We were both told that due to our muscle tone and "fat pocket", 1 treatment on each side would be sufficient. :(

Thank you so much for your compliments though! :) let me know how your second round goes and if you would rate it worth it!! I didn't really start to see a difference until the 5 week mark so be patient!! :)

I'm wearing a spanx. It was pretty bad.

So glad I'm past this stage!
