I am 33 years old, 5'4, 130 pounds and in athletic shape. I have to preface this review and say I had breast augmentation in 2008 and I have a high pain threshold. For my BA I only took one painkiller per day for the first 3 days and I only take Tylenol after that.

Coolsculpting was not painful. The procedure itself was a little bit uncomfortable but I am still waiting for the nerve pain that everyone keeps talking about. I went back to my HIIT training in 2 days and stopped wearing a spanx.

I am however VERY swollen. So swollen that numerous people have asked me if I was expecting.

My sister had the procedure done 3 weeks ago and she is starting to see results. I will update this review with photos but I sadly did not take any pre-procedure.

Fountain Med Spa has changed it's name to EGA Med Spa. While my tech, Rose, was very nice she did not explain any aftercare with me. My sister had the procedure with another tech Maribel a month prior so she told me what to do. Since I've had Cool Sculpting on April 25th I have not heard from anyone from the spa to ask me how I was doing etc etc.

How long ago did you have the procedure done? I had the procedure done almost 3 weeks ago and didn't get the nerve pain that many talk about. Hopefully you won't! Did they use the small applicators?

I misspoke - my procedure was almost 2 weeks ago, not 3

It's been 5 days! Tuesday will be one full week.

I suppose they used the big ones. They did my left lower abdomen and my right lower abdomen.

I have to post a better photo. For some reason that one makes me look so slim and it's misleading. I am very swollen!!

I'm glad you didn't have nerve pain either.

Thanks for the response. I just wrote out a long post on my experience and when I uploaded my photos, or tried to, I lost the whole thing :-/. Will try again!

No nerve pain but the bloating continues....

I have returned to all previous physical activities including gym exercises that require me to be on my stomach.

I feel like my sister had all the nerve pain and stinging sensations and she is 4 weeks and looks great!

2 weeks

I know all the reviews say this but I'm beginning to think this doesn't work.

Sometimes I think the swelling has subsided but then I take a photo and I look exactly the same if not worse.

I'm sorry I don't have much of an update. No nerve pain, which is great! But the numbness is still there. When I touch my lower abdomen it feels like pins and needles, like when your foot falls asleep.
