WORTH IT$6,000
This surgery has been long awaited. I have to thank this website for giving me tons of information and all because of reviews. Since I was 15 I was on this website ready to get this surgery. But, I waited in order to make sure this was genuinely in my best interest. Then back in October of 2017, I had my first consult with my surgeon. I was told due to my height and weight I would be covered by insurance. I had 5 months of physical therapy and once that was complete I got the call that I'm covered. I do have a payment of $6,000 even though the insurance did approve me, but the surgeon's receptionist was upfront about that from the beginning. I weigh 118 pounds and I am 5 feet tall. I was a 34DDD up until my 20's and then the past two years I have been a G. Basically these past two years have been hell and I couldn't stand the pain and inconvenience all because of my chest. Thankfully the surgery is in one week!!

Day of surgery he told me he could guarantee a C with the anchor scar but i wanted to avoid excess scarring so he told me he would try for a C with the lollipop but I might end up a D. So I went with the lollipop and right now I am a small D! It's the best decision I ever made, wish you lots of luck!

5 Days Post Op & I'm Shocked

I cannot believe how little pain I'm in. The only pain I've experienced during the process was initially waking up from surgery. I woke up fast, almost immediately after surgery was over. I was lightly tearing up from the pain; the incisions were obviously very fresh. About 5 minutes after I woke up the nurse came by I told her about the pain and she gave me something through the IV. I was completely aware and conscious from the minute I woke up. Which was my biggest reservation about this whole thing. I was convinced I would wake up acting all weird and drugged up. I must have had a really good anesthesiologist. No side effects (TMI but the only side effect I've had is not being able to use the bathroom) make sure to get a stool softener! I'm on day 5 today almost feeling ready enough to work and go about my day normally. I do have occasional discomfort with slight tenderness and there is mild yellow bruising, but it is completely tolerable. Also, I know the surgery bra should not come off unless showering but I was so curious to see my size. I tried on a 34C bra and it fit so well! Now I'm nervous if ill end up being too small? They are still swollen right now I hope they don't? shrink down too small, I like them at the size they are now!
I see the surgeon on Monday which will mark 1 official week!

Glad everything went well and you aren’t having much pain! I’m a week out today and haven’t had any painkillers since Thursday. Have been taking Tylenol and anti-nausea stuff regularly though. Curious to hear how your post-op goes. Mine is tomorrow!
