3 days post - not much going on right now...just extreme swelling mainly by my upper right breast and towards my under arm, Right breast seems a bit different from left, but will see as time goes by and the new breast settle in...I will post again in about a week or so!! Having the right garments is very important!!!

Oh boy!!! The swelling on right breast is very uncomfortable, I feel like I have to hold them up!! So far so good!! Lipo was worse just saying ! If you had a baby before than you would know exactly how implants feel , almost the same feeling!

You can massage and put pressure on the top of the breast to push the implants into the pocket: br firm: you won't hurt them; also it's going to take time so be patient!

Post op day 6 , don't know what to expect , pictures on here don't show the first days post or atleast I haven't found any ! I guess my girls are dropping slowly idk!!!

Congratulations! What are your stats and your pre op cup size? Have you had a post op appointment yet? Try to be patient as it really takes a few weeks and sometimes months, for your breasts to settle in and become more symmetrical. Keep us posted!

Thank you ! I was a C cup but after my three children it sort of deflated lol.. I went in for a 3 day post now going on Friday for my 1 wk post op !! Well lets see as time goes by !

They did a bit but my surgeon was an idiot. I'm going to have mine redone after I have a child probably. I can send u a pic of how they look now. They are 380cc silicone moderate plus gel.
