Very Happy. Great Dr Who Really Knows a Womans Body and Gives the Best Curves Ever - Manhattan, NY

I usually don't write reviews. I used to read them but never wrote one before. The reason I am writing this one is to say thank you to Dr Ayman Shahine who changed my life and gave me my self confidence and esteem back, and to help guide some of the ladies who may be in the position I was in . I read different things about the Dr, so I did an extensive research myself. All that I found about him was excellent. Still, I decided to check for my self so I booked an appointment and saw his patient coordinator molly who was very professional and knowledgeable. I liked what I saw, an experienced doctor, great work, clean office, efficient staff and he did the procedure under local anesthesia which was exactly what I wanted. The office was a bit busy, so i spoke to some of the patients that he did and were coming to get their massages. The overwhelming majority were very happy, some even showed me their results and their before pictures. No wonder he is busy or even sometimes behind schedule, his work is phenomenal, affordable, safe and is right here in the states. I realized I was in an artists den and that this was the Dr i want to have my surgery with. He was well worth the wait so I applied to care credit. When they approved me molly made another appointment for me to see the Dr. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He is an obgyn surgeon and a cosmetic surgeon. Who better knows women's curves and needs. He told me Pam if u really want good results you need to trust what I tell you and to follow my instructions to the letter. I fully trusted him and followed all his instructions. The day came and I had my procedure and I must say that he always was very professional, caring and patient with me. I was a bit nervous and he really calmed me down. He has a very pleasant personality. We talked the whole time. It felt like we were friends for a long time. The procedure was really not painful at all. He gave me a few baby needles that felt like acupuncture then he infused the saline anesthetic in my fat, also not painful but a slight pressure sensation. He waited about one hour to allow the fluid to soften my fat, during which I listened to their soothing music. After that he started to sculpt my body. I literally saw my body being sculpted and transformed under my eyes. He would ask me to move and turn so he can sculpt my body and create the curves that I so much wanted. He worked very diligently and carefully always checking on me and asking me if I was comfortable. After he finished my liposuction and body sculpture and collected the fat needed for my butt augmentation, he added medications? probably antibiotics and mixed it with the fat. The procedure bed I was laying on was heated and very comfy and worm. The lady with us in the room was very nice and compassionate, she made sure I was worm and comfortable the whole time. They use these soft disposable paper like cloths that really kept me worm and comfortable. He placed as much fat in my buttocks as the skin of my butt could stretch, then he placed sutures to prevent the fat from flowing out. After the procedure they warped me in fluid resistant tissue to collect the leaking fluid and asked that i don't block the holes they made so that the fluid comes out more. The fat deposition process was also not painful at all,only some pressure sensation. The most important part of the whole deal in my opinion is how I cared for myself after the procedure by wearing the compression garment appropriately without lines, not sit for long hours on my butt in one position, and to follow the Dr's advice of not loosing weight in first 3 months otherwise the body may use the deposited fat as food and consume it.
Here I am almost a year later very happy and satisfied This has really changed my life and I am for ever thankful to my Dr.
