24 Years Old Model Looking for Natural Rhinoplasty Results :) Manhattan, NY

I came to see Dr. Pearlman last year looking to fix the symmetry of my crooked nose but without changing my overall appearance so much. He showed me how my nose would look like with computer imaging and I was soo pleased to see that I could still get a natural look from the procedure. I immediately loved his approach on a lot of things and how upfront and honest he was with me, I hate doctors that sugar coat and try to say what you want to hear all the time. I felt soo comfortable right away on my first consultation with him. It took me about a year to go through with the procedure though, but I finally found time and confidence to do it, and honestly I could not be happier with the whole experience. I'm writing here with such joy on my face (wished I could smile wider but cant just yet due to the nose lol) and feeling very blessed to have gone through my first surgery ever with this awesome team. Monika, Christine and the anesthesiologist (sorry I forgot your name) were the sweetest human beings on the planet with me, made me feel soo calm and relaxed and even played my favorite music as I was put under anesthesia. And what to say about Dr. Pearlman? He's awesome, called me later on the day of the surgery and the day after to check on me, and just overall was very present. Did not feel much pain at all, only had to take the pain medicine twice, and have had a pretty smooth recovery. Cannot recommend him enough. Hope to be able to benefit from his amazing talents in next years to come and to bring in more people to him :) !!!!!
