I had my under arms inner and outer thighs and knees done. Well worth it. I'm almost 6 months post op and feel about 98% back to normal. Felt pretty much normal by 3 months just my skin was sensitive to touch and still is slightly in some areas. Good luck its money well spent

Surgery in less than 24hrs!!!
Ok so it is now a little after 12 and I just can not sleep I'm excited but very anxious and nervous about tomorrow.
Today I finished up the last of my work I will be taking a full week off from my FT job and about almost two weeks from my gym job. I have to play that one by ear and see how my recovery goes to see if I'll be able to teach my classes still and wait for my follow up after my surgery to get clearance from the doc. Can I just explain to you guys I'm addicted to working out and work out 6 days a week 2/3 hours a day so this is going to be a huge mental hurtle for me to just not do much of anything till I'm feeling better.
To prep for surgery I have taken 6 pills of the arcinia the office gave me. They said it's to help with the healing process for after the procedure. I bout bed pads, maxi pads, bandaids, Tylenol, a bed protector, stool softeners and stocked up on all my healthy foods. Just lean meats and veggies for now! Also I read pineapple really helps so I made some pineapple tea with cinnamon for my recovery as well.
My bags are pack bought new comfy sweats for the big day tomorrow and my antibiotics and pains meds are filled! Wish me luck I will try to post after surgery to follow up!

Well it was pretty bad the first few days. I was on vacation from work and didn't go back till day 7. I got my arms and almost all my legs done so it was tough for me to go back to work. Bidding the full body under garment was the hardest for me. Your body gets VERY swollen after and my clothes were form fitting as it is so had a hard time adjusting for a while. Just make sure you start getting some outfits together now with your Garment so you are prepared. I work a desk job so actually working was not bad for me and on day 4 the pain in my case was ALOT better then the first day. But everyone is different. Good luck to you!

Day 2 post op
Hello so just wanted to give an update of how surgery went yesterday and how I'm feeling today on day two post op!
So my appointment was at 10:15 my boyfriend drove me and stayed so I had a ride home I was so nervous and felt like I was going to vomit. The doctor came in the room and marked me up for the surgery (sorry couldn't get any pics of that it all went so fast). Then anesthesiologist came in to ask me health question ( yes I did got get local anesthesia because I was getting a lot of areas done and I'm not good with that kinda stuff) it was an extra 1500$ but let me tell you I would pay it again and was worth it for me. Then the nurse came in asked me some health question and then off we went to the operating room.
The room was in the same office as the consultation which I didn't realize it was going to be. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The doctor had two nurses and the anesthesiologist stayed the entire time to monitor me while under. Next thing I remember was waking up in a different room where the nurses helped me put on my garment. I layer down for a little just till I could come to my senses from the anesthesia. They then called my boyfriend in and he help me get dressed. At this point I was still pretty numb and was in minimal pain. We walked to the car and off we were with a bag of after care instructions. Let me tell you that car ride home was not pleasant at all any little bump in the road hurt so bad by the time I got home I was in more pain. It felt like I had been burned really bad.
We got home took one pain pill and two Tylenol we set up the couch with the sheet protector and pads and set up the pillow so I could keep my legs and arms elevated. After an hour the one pain pill was not enough and had to take another. But I must say I had very little leakage and after I took that second pain pill I was comfortable for the rest of the night and only had to take one more b4 I finally fell asleep at 1am.
Sleeping was hard I normally sleep on my belly so laying on my back was difficult to fall asleep but I managed. All in all it is day two now and I have only taken one pain pill at 6am and have just been taking Tylenol. I have had little to no draining. The doctor used dissolving stitches so maybe that's why. I've read a lot of story's on here where the first night people woke up soaked and drench in fluid but luckily that wasn't the case for me. I have a 2yr old so I have been up and walking around every hour or so to help circulate the blood. The pain at this point is tolerable on a scale from 1-10 I would say 3/4.
The areas that I got done are very stiff and hurt to the touch. I've read that it feels like you had a really intense workout but in my case it's def more painful then that. Almost feels like a skid burn like when u fell of your bike as a kid and slid against the concrete! Ouch but I have a high pain tolerance so it's manageable for me. Will be showering soon need to wait 24hrs. I will post some pics! That's all for now just going to try n rest and do some light stuff around the house to get moving a bit.
