I visited five plastic surgeons before I made my final decision. Mr Murphy was the only one who got up from his desk and examined my face. I felt relaxed from the very first meeting. I didn't feel any pressure to go ahead with the surgery (I had experienced this previously). A second appointment was booked for me to finalise dates and details. Everything Mr Murphy said to me was what I had hoped - I didn't want to be stretched or taunted, was just feeling a little tired looking and drawn, and he agreed with me. His whole team were a dream. I felt totally safe in his hands and would have no hesitation in recommending him (or using him again, if I have to).
