Exercise?

Just wondering when it is safe to exercise, and what kinds of exercise did you start with? I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week pre op and now I'm getting a bit down as I've not exercised for over a month now:-( I'm at week 4 post op. I don't see my surgeon til 23rd May:-( advice needed ladies!

Why are they super lopsided?
Coz of the way I'm holding my phone to take a pic!
You can do light cardio until your checkup. Walking in treadmill and lower body workouts. Don't strain you chest muscles and take baby steps. By 6 weeks you should be clear to do most everything as long as your surgeon okays it.

Hi having a ba with the same surgeon as you in January your ba looks good are you still happy with them ?? I don't no if to have 300cc or 340 are you still a c cup ??
Hi Kelly I couldn't be happier totally love them and my scars are so feint now, Giorgio is the best! I wear a 34D bra now... It totally depends on ur body but mine look natural I didn't want the 'fake' look. Be prepared for afterwards I was all bloated for about 10 days with all the painkillers they don't tell u that lol! Good luck x
