I decided to have this procedure done due to a previous break I struggled to breath due to a deviated septum plus my nose was quite masculine for my face. All the staff at Spire made me feel at ease and gave me reassurance throughout. My results are not dramatic, but fir in with my facial features, it is a subtle change. I do still have some swelling, it is now 3 months post op, but this can take some time to go down so I am still awaiting the full results. However so far I am pleased and it can only get better.
