I had been thinking about having a breast reduction for over 10 years but had always worried about the process due to watching too many TV programmes ! Mr Marando was recommended to me by my hairdresser and I am so glad he was as he has made the process so bearable and in my eyes the results are amazing. My friends and family cannot believe the difference it has made to my appearance, I have only lost about 3lb but I look a stone lighter. Surprisingly the majority of my clothes still fit me but look so much better albeit they are longer. I am loving the fact that I can buy a bra from anywhere and I am looking forward to wearing my bikini on my holiday. I would certainly encourage anyone to go ahead with the process it has changed my life. The cost was £6750 and worth every penny.

Mr Marando is absolutely wonderful, he is so easy to talk to and takes time to discuss what is practical regarding your expectations so that you don't end up disappointed. I had my op on 29th Feb and the care I experienced was second to none. Mr Marando came to see before the op, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable about the whole procedure. He was waiting for me at the theatre with a lovely smile which made me feel relaxed about everything. He came to see me 3 times after the op and made sure I was well enough to go home etc. After 4 days I unfortunately had a haematoma in one of my breasts, I rang Mr Marando at 3.00 am and he answered immediately, after telling me not to worry and advising me of what to do he arranged for him and his team to meet me at the hospital at 6.00 am. By 9.00 am I had been back to theatre and had the problem rectified. I have seen Mr Marando 3 times since then and I cannot stress how well I feel I have been looked after by him. The main thing I was worried about when I first saw him was that I would look fat with small boobs. In my opinion my boobs now match the rest of my body and everything is in proportion, I don't really care what size bra I need to buy I just feel wonderful. I would certainly recommend Mr Marando for my procedure and I will definitely be going back to him in the future should I want any further cosmetic surgery. Having elective surgery is a massive decision and it's really crucial to get the right surgeon, I feel I found the right person in Mr Marando.
