30A, 23, No Kids, 95lbs, 5ft, 295cc

So I’m now 5 months post op. Sorry for not updating. My implants have dropped to the place they’ll stay says my surgeon. I’m 100% back to normal. I’m wishing I’d gone with the 295cc instead of 325cc as you can feel he implant on the side and it looks rather round. But too be honest if I’d gone smaller I would have wished I was bigger! Haha. So I guess I’m happy with my results.

So I'm on the other side. I had my op yesterday.My admission time to the Pines hospital in Manchester was 8 but I didn't go into theatre until 12 due to delays. I got a private double room which was great. I discussed with my surgeon that I'd changed my mind about the size and he did he'd try for the 325 which was my max. I was so anxious since I wanted it so much. My nerves kicked in majorly and I figured it was due to being nervous about the anaesthetic. The anaesthetist was asking me questions about my job and I though he was numbing my arm to put he cannula in but I remember feeling tingly and itchy and I was out! I'm so glad he didn't tell me he was putting me to sleep there and then. When I woke I remember looking down and crying. I couldn't stop touching my boobs and undressing myself. I kept nodding off as they transferred me to my room and was in tears in and off. My sister was there waiting and thought I was crying about the pain. I was completely pain free and just felt some pressure and tightness. An hour later I started to feel pain and got some painkillers. I tried to eat to but felt too tired so ate later. To my surprise I felt no sickness/nausea which was great. When my wound drains came out there was minimal loss and I didn't feel a thing. That was the part I was dreading the most but it was the easiest! My surgeon came to see me and said he managed to get the 325cc in. Although I knew this because this was my first question when I came round. I was discharged 6 hours from coming out of theatre with antibiotics and co-codamol. 
My first night was a tough one. I had to get some painkillers from my sisters because my chest felt so tight and sore whenever I spoke or breathed. I kept waking up and would say my pain was 7 to 8 out of 10. So pretty bad. I'm feeling more of 5 now but will go to my GP today and ask for muscles relaxants. If opioids aren't working that's my next option. 
Overall, despite my nerves I'm so happy I've done this. I think wait for them to drop and fluff as they're quite high right now. I'll take regular photos to monitor progress and also get plenty of rest. If you're in any doubt, do it! The pain is definitely worth it.
