38 Year Old...Implant Removal and a Much Needed Uplift!!!

After having breast implants since the age of 21 my implants had started to loose their shape and become very droopy. My breasts had become extremely large and I was very self conscious of this, unable to wear tight fitting tops and fitted shirts without looking like I was all bust, they also made my overall frame look much larger than I was. My nipples were definitely not in the right place either!
