My surgery is Tuesday. I am scared and worried I'm having it done too soon before losing more weight first. I am 5,9" and around 100kg so 210/220lb?? Or 15st 9 ish. I've had two children, my youngest is six. I have a love hate relationship with food and my weight fluctuates a stone/14lbs some times. I do exercise regularly and diet but I struggle. As my youngest is now 6 I am tired of fighting to be something I'm not and have decided if I can get rid of the lose skin I can feel happy in my own skin. I have tried so hard to lose weight and I have lost more in the last few years but I end up putting
It back on. My surgery is booked for 10th Jan and I pray to God I am doing the right thing.
Excuse my tattoos being smudged out on the photos.

Post op
So yesterday I went down to surgery around 8am, the operation took about 4.5 hours and it took me about an hour to come round. I spent the afternoon nodding off but not really in any pain. It's been no where near as bad as I thought it would be!!
I have a compression garment on my tummy so I can't see it yet but my boobs weren't covered with any tape so I was able to get a sneaky photo and they look amazing!
My first nights sleep was better then expected, I slept from 10:30-6:30 waking a few times mostly from the anti DVT cuffs on my legs (it's a bit like having your blood pressure taken one leg at a time every 10 seconds or so)
I've got up a couple of times which was ok the first time but awful the second time as I think I was up for too long and I went very pale. I'm yet to get up this morning but I will try shortly!
