3 weeks post op... Boobs are great but Feeling fat lol

Hey all
I'm 3 weeks post op tomorrow. Boobs are healing very well. I have a lot of dry skin around my nipples and scars but that's due to not being able to put anything on them moisturiser wise. They can get a little itchy but nothing to serious. I don't feel any pain, just the odd remanding shooting pain. Been back at work for a week now (hairdresser and nail tech) and managing fine. My right breast has dropped more than the left and is a lot nicer shape. Is this normal? (My right one looks square to me!). my nipples are still swollen and numb, no sensation at all. They are feeling a lot softer now but sleeping with no bra on still feels a bit strange to me. They feel heavy so I tend to still keep the bra on. I feel rubbish body wise as I can't work out for another 3 weeks. I feel slothish and bloated and can't stop eating the bad foods which is stressing me out as I now have my perfect boobs but loosing my ideal shape. I was naught and went out with no bra on on Saturday night, I wore a backless body top and ur felt great not fidgeting they g to hide my bra and fix my clevage

2 weeks post op Dressing off

Today is my 2 week post op milestone. I went to see the nurse today to have my dressing off. The nurse was very impressed with my healing, and I have to say I am too. My scars look great! Still a bit of swelling in my nipples and I still have to wear my strip things for a few more days. I can now sleep with no bra but not sure if I want to because of the weight of them. All in all really happy with them, they are still quite hard and haven't dropped fully yet, also my left seems bigger than the right but I know I have to wait to be fully healed to judge. So glad I went with dr Clarke, I highly recommend

He all I have my procedure done a week ago, I’m so glad I did it! I went with transform and had Dr Clarke. Really friendly and honest, which is important.
I was a full 34/ small D but very saggy, empty at the top breasts. We went for an uplift with 295cc (was originally 265 until day of op) , over the muscle, high profile, textured soft touch allergen implants. I will upload some pics.
I found the whole process so far stress free, after the op I just felt sleepy, no pain at all. I had drains which i dreaded getting out, but it wasn't too bad. I had the op about 1pm and was eating by 5pm. Food was nice with good choice. All the staff are really friendly and helpful as well. I've felt very pain free, headaches have been extreme because of meds but I've completed them now. Feel a bit achy and have no nipple sensation yet. My breast have softened a tiny bit but were solid to start with. I had my stitched out yesterday, that was uncomfortable as my skin had healed so well tightening the stiches. My scars look ok for a week. With having black skin fear of keloids scars has been on my mind but my scars look very neat.

I also have a family member who had dvt so I’ve had to have blood thinners, the special socks and something around my ankles which feels like a blood pressure machine, just to take extra precautions. Sick are off now though .... Yeah!! After 5 days.
All in all the procedure isn’t as bad as you imagine, a lot of it is psyching yourself out. So glad I did it, love them already and now time for the healing process to begin. My breast aren't very swollen but my nipples are. I took arnica tablets 2 days prior and 5 days post surgery.
I will update as hopefully this will help someone out xx
