I love my new boobs! I'm now a 32DD but I think it might be a 34DD when I get measured because it's a bit tight and that's in a non padded bra! I've finally been able to buy bikinis and non padded ones and It the first time I've actually been happy with myself in a bikini! Can't wait for holiday! (I listed that it cost £4545 but that's in pounds not dollars)

Hi, did you go with the hospital group? My BA is scheduled with them for 11th July. Your pics look great! We seem quite similar, Im a large 34a/small 34b and Im having 400cc unders. My PS told me this would hopefully make me a DD. Id love to message you about your experience if thats ok? Xx

yeah I'd be happy to help! :) I went with the hospital group and I loved them, everyone was so nice and even though I'm only 18 they were understanding and didn't judge me, I literally had no boobs before haha. I'm went with Dr Marcos Sforza and he was lovely and an amazing surgeon, I was a 32B and I had the 375cc and that's brought me to a 34DD, they're are the new motiva implants and they were under the muscle :) if you have any questions message me any time [RS bleep]

Thanks lulu, I'm so glad you had a good experience with The Hospital Group. After surgery, what was the pain like? Xx
User Avatar

It wasn't really pain, it was more discomfort, in the mornings there was a bit of pain but that's because I kept lying down on my back to sleep instead of sleeping propped up so my boobs felt heavy and it put pressure on the bottom of my boobs where the incision is. Other than that they were fine but I still can't lift heavy things but it's not uncomfortable anymore it just feels like I've done an intense workout when I lift things hahah xx

Oh that's a huge relief for me, thank you, god I'm so glad I've found you! Haha. One of my worries is sleeping, how long have you been sleeping on your back? Also, back to recovery - I have a 9-5 office job and I plan on taking 1 week off - do you think this will be enough? Thanks so much for all of this! xxxxx

I slept on my back from day 1 hahah, just had to get help to get up in the morning but by day 4-5 I can do it myself. I could sleep on my side after about a week and a half as well :) Yeah as long as you don't have to lift anything, I work in a cafe on the weekends and I'm only going back this week but I started my office job 2 weeks ago but that was because that was my start date and just got the job 2 days before my surgery haha xxxxx

I hate sleeping on my back - I'm just gonna take sleeping tablet for the first week I think just to get through it! How are they looking now? Have they dropped more? I'm getting so scared, I'm terrified of needles and I have a fear of waking up half way through they surgery! So stupid but I'm so scared of it! Hope they have measures in place to deal with people with stupid needle fears like me LOL. How has it been back at the cafe? I'm guessing you have to lift things a lot and use yours arms a lot in that type of environment - how has that been? Hope your new job is going well :) xxxx

I know it was horrible sleeping on my back, but I couldn't sleep propped up because it was uncomfortable :( don't worry you won't wake up in the middle haha, all I remember was lying there staring at the ceiling, they told me to take 3 deep breaths with the breathing mask on and then next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery room hahah, the needle doesn't hurt, probably because of the adrenalin of about to have surgery hahah. It was okay being back at the cafe, they won't let me lift anything a part from one coffee at a time haha, they don't know what I've had done, I just said an operation hahah. They have dropped more and are fluffing nicely, they're getting so soft now it's well exciting! Going on holiday in 2 weeks so I'll be able to show them off hahaha xxxxx

I'm getting so nervous about being put under. Would you mind telling me what actually happened on the day of surgery at Dolan Park? Like, you got there for 7am, and then what? Lol. The most terrifying part for me is the "are you ready?" part...knowing I'm going down and having the needle, I just KNOW I'm going to cry. I can't seem to talk myself out of it! xxxx

I got there for 8am because there was another girl in at 7 and then the nurse came in and talked me through what was happening. I had to have a shower and put on one of the dressing gowns and some compression socks, and they make you do a wee sample, just to make sure there's no infections pre surgery. I had to wait an hour and a half but there's a TV in the room so it's not too bad. My surgeon came in and spoke to me then took pictures of my breasts pre-op then the anesitist came in and talked me through what he was doing, which is when I panicked because I heard him wrong and thought he said he was injecting into my head but he said hand hahah. I ordered my dinner then at half 9 they came in and said they were ready for me so they walked me down into theatre and then they made small talk to keep my calm then put the needle in my hand and it was literally like a small pin prick then it was over, nothing to worry about, then they gave my the breathing mask and said after 3 breaths I would be asleep- I was conviced it would take longer but in took 3 and the next thing I knew I was in the recovery room with a nurse holding my hand haha, she was lovely, think she had a bit of a mothering instinct cos im younger than a lot of the patients haha. Sorry I feel like I've proper gone on with myself, hope it helps and don't worry you'll honestly be fine! Just think of the end result, 1 pin prick and 3 breaths and you'll be waking up with a perfect pair of boobs! Hahah xxxx
June 30, 2015
Oh thank you so much, this has been really helpful! It's literally just the walking down to theatre bit and having the needle that terrifies me - I KNOW that's gonna kill like hell because I've had that before!!! But like you said, it's a small price to pay for perfect boobies for the rest of our life :) You say you ordered dinner? When did you have that? What was the food like? And who did you go to the hospital with? xx

They just had sandwiches, and biscuits, it better than normal hospital food haha. I had my mum and gran with me, we had to stay over in a premier inn the night before because we had to come down to Birmingham so my gran came along for the ride, all the doctors and nurses kept saying they've never had someone with so much support with them hahaha. Aw that's lovely that they both came, I'm just dragging my fiance along with me :) So how are yours looking now? Have they dropped and "fluffed" yet? Lol, such a funny word to describe that. I saw your post about post-op swelling, has that gone down now? How long was there a difference in swelling? Have a great holiday BTW! You will have to post some bikini shots for an update! They're looking really good I'm so happy with them. I'm scared I'm getting stretch marks on them but I think it's just me over worrying haha. Yeah all my swellings gone now thank god ahaha, thought I was gonna end up with one big and one little boob and the nurse at the hospital group said it was normal for one boob to be more swollen than the other because the muscle in the left side is tighter so swells more. Thanks I will I got tomorrow so I'll be uploading loads of bikini pictures when I'm back ahaha xxxx
June 18, 2015
They look awesome!!! Are you happy with the size?! its weird, mine look so small when Im looking down at them but when I look in the mirror straight on they look big! maybe its cause Im so early on in the process. Did yours get bigger or smaller as they started to drop and fluff? some people say they got smaller cause the swelling went down, some say theirs got bigger cause their skin losens up and you see the full size of the implant.

im happy with the size but I saw your pictures and yours look so much bigger and nicer, boob envy ahaha. I think they've actually got bigger cos they skins isn't so tight anymore which I'm glad about ahah:) and same! I always look down and think they look small but then look in the mirror and they look big again ahaha, when I lift my arms up as well cos they're round implants, you can see the shape but it looks good not it like a fake unnatural way haha x
June 19, 2015
Well that's good! As long as you're happy with them that's a that matters!!!

Also, I've read quite a few times on this site that girls who have unders are sometimes prescribed muscle relaxers - did you have these from THG? If not, did you use them? Thanks again :) xx

no I didn't get any of them from the hospital group, they did tell me to buy tablets for muscle soreness and bruising but I didn't use them in the end because I had no bruising and I wasn't too sore [RS bleep]

Spray tan with my new boobs! Makes them look bigger and better!

User Avatar
lulu17
So I thought I'd treat my new pale boobs to a nice spray tan so they look even better. I covered the incision with steri strips, I have a tiny white patch under each of my boobs where the strip was but its better to be safe than sorry haha. They looks even better and bigger tanned, I always used to love getting spray tans when I had no boobs because it made them look a little bit bigger but now even though I have boobs I love them even more with a tan! Plus I can try out my bikinis to see what they'll look like after holiday. Only 2 more weeks till I go, need to buy more bikinis, only got two so far, can't wait to try loads more on with my new boobs. They're dropping and fluffing so nicely, they've getting softer every day, and my incisions are heeling so well, my right is heeling better than my left but the surgeon said that would happen because the muscle in the left is smaller/tighter than the right therefore will take a little longer and they're two separate operations so will heel at different times.

Holiday next week! A bit worried about having my incisions in the sun

User Avatar
lulu17
so im going to Spain next week and I'll be 6 weeks post op. I'm starting to get worried because ive heard that if your incisions are exposed to sunlight then they can darken and not lighten again when the tan goes. So I'm really worried because I want them to be literally non viable! I'm going to have the incisions covered with a bikini anyway but I feel like it's not enough and i don't know whether to use something extra like a steri strip but I still feel like it's not enough:( if anyone has any advise it will be really appreciated :) and my surgeon said its okay to go in the sea/pool now yay, also I can lie on my front again and it doesn't hurt so I'll be able to tan my back haha :)

I tan all the time with just thin pieces of micro pore tape, even without a bathing suit. I'm not even 4 weeks post op and my scars are almost invisible. You'll be fine if they're covered don't worry! They'll only darken if they have direct sunlight with no coverage. Have fun on your trip!
