So ladies my surgery has been postponed to Oct 24 2016 bc I have to lose weight to have BMI of 33.. still excited but need to loose weight I'm down to 196 and my goal is 185.

im down to 197 im working out 4 times a wk actually this will be my 3rd wk working out like crazy some how i expected more weight loss . my surgery is on the 16 of aug im super nervous bc i need to get down to 190. any suggestions? thanks

ok so im 5'2 and dr. valls required bmi is 35 so that means i have to get down to 190. my concern is that i weigh here 190 and get there and weigh more like what would happen say a 5 or 2 lb difference. plz help like has anybody experienced this.

have you had ur surgery yet and did u lose the weight im considering him but would like to see before and after before i do
