WORTH IT
It's day 11 and the Swelling seems to be going down. The tip still seems a bit bulbous, but I'm not surprised as Part of my surgery included "tip work" bringing my tip out further. Will continue to update here. I have added a few more before and after pictures below, too.

Male Rhinoplasty - San Francisco (Experience Thus Far) - The hardest part of your post-surgical experience
Just wanted to share some wisdom, here. For anyone considering the procedure, the pain is around a 7 when you get out of surgery, but pain medication gets you through the rest of the days just fine.
THE WORST PART of recovery for me, however, was not being able to breathe for 7 Nights. Please just be prepared!
After 7 days, however, you cast comes off, and your nose is all cleaned out! Also, Dr. Ransom is a great sport about patients popping in post surgery to, in my case, suck out some of that pesky nasal discharge that clogs your nose 7+ days post-surgery.

Male Rhinoplasty - San Francisco - 10 Days Post Surgery
Hi all! Post-surgery Dr. Ransom has been great, and I am already liking the results! The tip of my nose has been built-out and is still a bit swollen, but that is to be expected. I love my profile for the first time in my life and am just hoping, of course the tip, etc. stay in place.
