I’ve lived with gyno and the reality of not looking like a man, which also challenged my self-esteem. I served 8 years in the military, I worked for years as a nurse before going back to college to pursue being a PA. I know what I am capable of - yet my chest was always something that would hold me back.
I finally decided to do something about it and began to shop around for surgery pricing. I finally came across “Cosmed Clinic” in Tijuana, Mexico and requested an online evaluation and quote. The cost, staff, and the facility was very pleasing and I ultimately ended up setting up a date for surgery on December 18, 2017.

3-4 weeks I had to wear a compression vest. Afterwards, I was free to do as I pleased.

Sorry last question. I am also going to CosMed. Howlong did you stay? would you recommendbe bringing anything prior or afterwards. or addition hat maybe needed. Did you stay at there facility or should I stay at the Marriott

I stayed at cosmed after my surgery for 2 nights. it’s very safe and the staff is very nice. I recommend buying your own compression vest as cosmed will charge you $160 for theirs. let them know you brought your own vest. You won’t really do much going outside after surgery, so I don’t recommend a hat but if you feel more comfortable with one - bring it with you.

Shaqbak did you end up going? I'm thinking of going too. I am having trust issues with surgeons though. I did lipo of my chest like 4 years ago and didnt get good results. I'm trying to be careful this time and make sure I pick the right doctor. Did you go? Do you have pics you can share with me?

Congrats, it looks like money well spent. You must be excited for the summer! My chest area looks similar to yours pre-op and I am really considering gyno surgery. Did you have your nipples 'lifted' or any skin excised? Or was the surgery basically mainly lipo? I'm concerned about any post-op sagging I might have.
