I did my chin implant 2 times. First, i got a surgery inside the mouth, the implant shape is 'without wing'. And second, outside mouth (under my chin), the implant shape is 'with wing'. In my opinion: outside incision are better than inside incision, because u can eat anything after surgery. But if you have a keloid history, better you do inside the mouth. And i think wing implant shape is better.

Did something happen to your smile crooked smile? Lack of movement in lower lip? Lower lip doesnt go down to show theeht? If so please inform me cuz i have these issues. Thank you

Hi Zavallikis! :) after my chin implant from inside mouth, my lower lip become a bit difficult to go down. Because my lower lip frenulum cut off by a surgeon. First i feel sad. But time goes on, it become wonted, because it just a bit. No one notice it
