I’m still swollen. Maybe a slight improvement. He prescribed be antibiotics yesterday and steroid pills for swelling. I really wish it would go down faster. I don’t want to stay indoors for another week but I think I will have to

Hi Hun..just checking on you to make sure you're ok. I had my procedure Wednesday (it's Friday now) and I look like I was beaten. I was on the plane yesterday so that could be it too. I had a mass today and it wasn't bad. Have you massaged your face at all? No salt because that will swell us up also

Sorry Hun I had a major headache. I think it's the fluid build up. You may need to be drained with a needle. Look on Amazon, type in lipo foam. I ordered one piece when I was at the airport waiting to come home Friday and it came Saturday . It helps with shaping and puts pressure on the area .

Idk if it's helping me as well....well the tablets isn't. Pineapple juice is good for swelling also but u should massage yourself. See if you can find lymphatic massages /drainage in your area. I went Friday evening one I arrived home from Mexico. I went to dr. Omar lazso.

Yes he prescribed a steroid to help with the swelling, and basically said just give it a few more days. Thankfully it has gone down a lot so I’m happy about that. Can’t wait until it’s completely gone :)

Major swelling with Buccal fat removal

I’ve always had a chubby face, even at my skinniest. I had been doing research on this for almost a year before deciding to finally go through with it. A lot of the reviews claimed it was a simple procedure with little swelling and hardly any pain. Well mine was total opposite. Everyone heals differently, and unfortunately, I got the excessive swelling and a lot of pain. (The meds did help though) Mainly one the right cheek which was also the one the dr had the hardest time getting out.

Who was your Doctor?
Did ur doctor prescribed 10 day antibiotics course and gave u rx for chlorhexidine mouthwash????
I don’t think he usually does. He only prescribed me antibiotics when he saw how swollen I got.
These are A MUST and I had asked myself to make sure!
