Breast Augmentation and Brand New Nose with Dr. Noguiera of Lowcostmetics Madrid, Spain

I will start by saying, this is the best experience of my life. In November of Last year, I had a BBL with disgraced Dr. Osak of Spectrum aesthetics and developed a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) a fatal condition, a complication from that particular surgery. With that experience, I decided I must find a doctor who doesn't operate from a clinic like most Miami surgery clinics. In my 6 months search, I found Dr. Noguiera. I sent an enquiry, with pictures and got a fast response. The next day, I got a call from the doctor. He spent more than an hour answering my many concerns and questions. He also assured me of a smooth procedure and explained the procedure and the technique that would be suitable for me. He did not stop there. Each time I see something of great concern to me on any of the review sites, I would send for a consultation, this doctor, would call me back ( about four times after our main consultation) and calm me down, explain everything, make me comfortable and with time, I totally had no worries and made up my mind to go with him. On 30th of June, I had a face to face consultation with him, at Hospital Nisa, Aracava, in Madrid, Spain. Seeing him face to face and listen to him look at my body and told me what will fit and what he would do, made me know this man is a specialist. He even gave me a tour of the clean, beautiful and well equipped hospital. Introduced me to some staff members and completely satisfied my every worries. Because of all I saw, I decided to do more surgeries with him for the day fixed, August 2nd 2016. I chose to do a rhinoplasty. He carefully did the consultation the same day. Told me how he doesn't like creating an ugly nose, that will show it was touched. He explained how it is difficult to work on some nose from some particular geographic region. We decided on a brand new nose, that cost $3443. We agreed I make all payment on the morning of the surgery, no hassle. I mean no hassle unlike the Miami criminals, that call you down everyday for your deposit or balance, stressing you even more. When everything had been concluded between us, and I left for my base in London, England, where I spent most of my summer holidays. The patient care department sent me all the important documents and requested a couple from me, which we exchanged smoothly. On August 1st, I flew back to Madrid for the surgery. I called in to let them know I arrived safely and the next day, I was in hospital Nisa at 8:30am for my 9:00am appointment. The anesthesiologist Salmones, was the first to show up. She took me in for her own consultation, payment and medical tests. She was so funny, made me calm, cause I was nervous going in for two surgeries instead of one. I was also nervous, because I didn't want my surgery cancelled because of high blood pressure, the way Dr. Osak of Spectrum aesthetics did to me in Miami and made me rack up extra $2700USD extra for another 7days stay, before he could operate on me. But thank God, this people here are extremely trained and equipped for me. In no time, I was sent to the theatre, Noguiera marked me up and told jokes to get me relaxed and then he introduced me to his team. Before I knew what was going on, I woke up in recovery. Swollen and in minimal pain. It was about 2am in the morning, Dr. Salmones and Noguiera were still by me, waiting for me to wake up. I will tell you that is the best thing ever. To know that these two Doctors, can hang around, and not throw you into the hands of just nurses, for you to wake up, like Miami those. I spent the whole day of the 3rd and was discharged that evening. I was afraid to go home alone, cause I had no one with me in my rented apartment. My friends had missed their flight and would show up in two days. I was so afraid staying all by myself for two days in my condition. But the doctor assured me it was ok for me to go. That really made me so independent. I wasn't feeling any pain really, just discomfort from not breathing through my mouth, dry sore mouth and throat and slight headaches from not having enough oxygen going to my brain, from closing my mouth while sleeping, forgetting that is my only airway. But in no time, my friends were with me and everyday I got better. The prescribed antibiotics and pain killers, where just the things I had to take on time with food. Four days after surgery, I went for a follow up. My God! My nose looked so so good, and my breasts were just the right size for me. This man is an artist, it is mind blowing. He gave me more instructions to follow and cautioned me on stressing myself. He okayed me to fly a few days later back to London and then Toronto, Canada, after 14days. 3 weeks after the surgery, I sent in pictures of my healing and he called me back. He told me I was healing well, and should not have any concerns. For sure I didn't, I am very satisfied with the outcome so far. I will upload before and after pictures soon.
