I had always been unhappy with my nose, it had a...
I had always been unhappy with my nose, it had a slight bump and the tip really stuck out.
People would pass remarks during school years, and it didn't stop there, I was 19 when i started working in a local bar , drunk customers just couldn't keep there opinions to their self !
I would smile and react as if it didn't bother me but deep down it left me feeling really insecure with low self esteem.
So i stuck the bar out and worked extreme hours, Saving as much as i could, and two years later i started my search on surgeons, i couldn't afford to go over sea's so Europe was my limit, i spent about a month researching different surgeons.
I then came across a clinic in Madrid, Low cost cosmetics, i read reviews & i had a look at their procedure prices and it all seemed to good to be true ! I live in the canary islands and Madrid was only a short flight away and the procedure price itself was the cheapest i had come across.
Straight away i was in contact and i had my procedure date !!! I was so excited, it was finally happening.
I was aware of the horror stories that many have had over the world, but pushed it to the back of my mind.
So flights booked and of i went and on the 9th july 2015 i met my surgeon Alejandro Nogueira.
He was confident, quirky with a great sense of humour, i took an instant liking to him.
I didn't really know what kind of nose i wanted or what outcome i was exspecting all i knew is, i didn't like my nose, so anything else will do :) ... After talking to Alejandro Nogueira i had full trust in him, i didn't feel unsure or worried i felt i was in good hand and everything will be perfect :).
I then went on to meet Dr. Mar Salmones, Anesthetist she took me everywhere to get checked up and made sure i was all good to go, she was lovely it was like having your mother there.
Next thing i was lying on the surgery bed, with bright lights in my face and still then i had no fear, i just felt excited and happy and couldn't believe it was finally happening, I was then out like a light &
I woke up an hour or so later, I don't remember much after waking up all i remember is, i wasn't in any pain i was just really thirsty & When i got back to my apartment i slept most the day.
The next day I didn't look the best, i was a little swollen and of cause i had a splint over my nose but i wanted to go and explore the city of Madrid anyway i got a few stares but you get used to it, its that or lock yourself away.
2 weeks later and i finally got to see my new nose and i was so happy, now several months on my life has changed so much, I have gained confidence and walk freely with no make up, gone are the days were i spent an hour trying to contour my nose with make up, i always wanted this procedure & I would do it all over again. Thank you so much !!

Nose Job, I love my new nose, Alejandro Nogueira is an amazing surgeon, i took an instant liking to him. He has a great sense of humour, I had full trust in him, he knows what he is doing and felt at ease every step of the way. I would do it all over again. :)
