5 years everything is good. Tummy is not numb but feeling never fully returned. Doesn't bother me tho. Breasts are good, but I do worry about them popping or slipping. I workout often but go light on chest and push ups ok knees per Dr recommendation. I had a mini TT and umbilical float, but kind of wish he would have done a full because the skin is still a little loose but all and all am so happy. Take care of you, you deserve this! Find a great Dr.

Love my boobs and my body. I still have some skin but I love me. I do worry about my boobs quite a bit but still love them to pieces! A little scar but not too bad. I do exercise quite a bit but go light on weight for chest and push ups on knees. Hope this update helps!

Wonderful results, I only dream of a tummy like yours. I’m just wondering, it seems your belly button is a bit lower then what I’ve seen on MMO pt, did the dr give reason for this?

He just moved mine down instead of creating a new one. It is kind of goofy looking. I'm not really sure why, I just trusted his judgment.

I am 2 years since surgery. My scars have pretty much healed. My boobs feel good I move them around a bit.. my stomach mainly feels ok. Still a bit numb at times but doesn't bug me too much. My nipple sensation came back completely and I work out regularly. I do hold off a bit on chest work using light weight and push ups on my knee. Here's a few current pics.

Everything looks great!! So good to hear from you and see you are doing so well. I also quickly got used to the numb sensation in my tummy. Some days I barely notice it and when I do I don’t even think twice about it. Before surgery I was worried that part would freak me out. Turns out for me it’s no big deal!
