I am seeing a my 2nd consultation tomorrow! My face is now as your before pics! You look great now. I cant wait. Just dreading the pain.

Thank you! It's a process, but for me it's been worth it. As far as the pain, everyone is different but it wasn't too bad for me at all. During the procedure, there was no pain other than the IV going into my hand. The recovery pain was minimal. My doc gave me Tylenol with Codeine and I didn't even need to take all of it. And I am NOT a person who is known for having a high pain tolerance! There was definitely discomfort, but totally manageable .

But you didnt just have the Chin Lipo? Right? You had additional items? i am only doing the chin lipo but i guess i dont know what I will need till I see the doctor. First visit was for Kybella the 2nd dr is a surgeon.

I had chin lipo, which is technically called submental lipo. He also did lipo to the jowls (cheek/jawline area), and hen the buccal fat pad removal as well. My doctor considered it to be three separate procedures but done all at once.

Hey everyone--tomorrow is the big day. Neck/chin lipo as well as jowls AND buccal fat pad removal.
I have some nerves, some excitement, but nothing too bad. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get some sleep tonight. I can't believe that tomorrow I'm getting this disgusting fat off my face and neck after carrying it with me for so long. It has affected the way I've felt about myself for decades. I also think that it's suddenly getting worse--maybe gravity is kicking in now or something...

Anyway, I haven't talked much with anyone IRL about this, just two friends, so it feels good to vent to the Real Self community. Wish me luck!
