Swelling is almost totally gone. Lost the upper pole fullness, but that was to be expected. Still slightly considering implants for upper pole fullness, but just don't like the idea of toting foreign bodies around in my chest for years. Love the way they look naked, and like their look in most bras. They finally soft enough to move like real breasts, which I like. Still very happy with the results! Scars tend to fade very slowly for me.

they look just great ! congratulations! I have a question. your scars look like slightly different from standard anchor scar, which operation exactly was performed? thank you.

Thanks! To be totally honest, I'm not sure why my scars are the shape they are. My PS said he was going to use an anchor incision, and I think he must have ended up using some modified version of one. I trust that he did whatever he needed to do to get a good result, but it is a bit odd :) My vertical incisions are really flat, so I'm optimistic that they will heal very nicely. I will probably ask him more about it at my three month PO appt.

I honestly would prefer to have such scars than typical anchor scars. I think it helped to shape your brand new breast better! its amazing result. I'm going to discus about it with my doctor, maybe he will also use it to shape my breasts as beautifully as yours!

They look great! What size are you now and what did doc say about expected droopiness over time?

I seem to be a 32D, though some fit really well, and some are a bit too small. He hasn't said anything about sagging over time, but I haven't had my three month post op yet. That won't be until next month. From what I've read, as long as you wear supportive bras, your results should last a very long time. Unfortunately, cosmetic surgery can't stop the aging process!

Still love my results! Finally got the steri strips off. The incisions are very fine, which is awesome. I have two small "holes" where the incisions meet in each side. The left one is closed up and healing nicely. The right is a bit further behind, but it's not as red in person as the photo makes it look.

You look great! I had a little opening like that (my surgery was March 9th) and pulled and cut a little stitch and it healed right back up. I guess it's super common. You are healing beautifully :)

Still really happy with my results. Can't wait to start wearing regular bras to see how they look! Have occasional tenderness, typically after I've been messing with them (trying on bras/clothes, etc) and the steri-strips are getting very itchy! My next post-op is next week and he will take off the steri-strips. I'm anxious to see the girls without the tape. I definitely plan to ask him how much more they ought to drop, as we discussed small implants next fall if I am not 100% satisfied with the outcome. So far, I'm happy with them, but don't want them to drop any further.

They look great! I have the same worries. I'm just over 3 weeks and the swelling is starting to go now at last but still tender to touch and I've noticed some droppage! Not sure at what point they are supposed to stop.

Yours look fabulous! It is a bit nerve-wracking to look every day and wonder if they'll drop more. I definitely plan to ask my PS when they are supposed to stop dropping. I can always get implants, but I rarely see pics of implants that I like - most are much too fake looking. So far, yours look great though :)

Thank you. I'm obsessed with them right now. I must take sneaky peaks at least 5 times a day! Haha. I didn't want more volume, just perkier. I just hope I don't lose too much from the top. Implants can risk making them sag again though can't they? Fat transfer is another option. I almost went for that as I was going to have a TT at the same time but bottled it. It would have been too much for me all at once and I didn't want to be an invalid.

I think a lot of the risk of sagging depends on the size of the implants, over or under the muscle, and just your skin type in general. I don't really want bigger either, just want some upper pole fullness. I don't like the "bolt-on" look, but just generally full and perky.

You look wonderful! I am scheduled for removal of my 23 year old saline implants and then a lollipop lift. Even though I have not had any issues with my implants, I am so anxious to get rid of them. They feel so heavy, and I am looking forward to being all natural and able to sleep on my stomach again. I have to say the pics look like it really hurts. I am planning a big trip exactly one month after the lift, and I hope I will feel well enough by then. I noticed that you did not have any drains, and other pics from the ladies on here show drains. I wonder why some doctors use them and others don't. I would be so happy if I had the same outcome as you have. Congrats and thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you :) I'm not sure why some people have drains and some don't. My PS put a drain in when I had a mini tummy tuck, even though he said he usually doesn't. I suppose it depends on each individual and their unique surgery. I think you'll be fine for your trip, though possibly not ready for regular bras yet. Thanks for sharing your experience with your implants.

It cost $6400 for my surgery, which was a full anchor lift.
