Please see my updated pictures of what I am still dealing with since February of 2017. Since my last review, Dr Parfitt or his staff have not been in contact with me. Do not go to this rude, uncaring and condescending doctor. I wish I had all my money back so i could get real help for what he has done to me.

I have contacted Dr Parfitt and his office many, many times. I have lots of back n forth emails, which I’d be happy to post. I’ve called many times. I’ve visited his office several times and stated and showed him my dissatisfaction. ( His office is about 2 hours away from me). My last visit to his office, he was extremely rude and told me “ He wasn’t going to be taken advantage of!” After I asked for my money back. So, yes, I have reached out exhaustedly.

I'm not understanding what happened here. There are 2 different sets of photos it looks like, one with an older woman & under eye wrinkles, and one younger woman, and I am not sure what you went in for bc I've never seen a surgery that cuts on the side of the head like that and leaves such a visible scar. What was the name of the procedure he did for you?
I had surgery with him as well for my eyes and no improvement and out over $4000. I never received anything but threats from eye care financial for the remaining money. No one cares and I have contacted him but they only cancelled my gift certificate for attending his sale meeting to promote new patients. I wish I never had the surgery as I have spent more trying to fix what I paid him to do. I'm sorry this happen ed to you too.

Updated Baldness pics/Same wrinkles. Horrible Dr Parfitt experience
After posting about my horrific experience here, I have never heard anything again from Dr Parfitt. For a doctor that claims to treat his patients “like family” , after reading my review, he has not made any contact with me to try to make my horrible experience with him better.
I wish I never paid Dr Parfitt to do this to me. There was an opportunity for him to make this trauma better by giving me a full refund, but he has not. How can he deny that what he did caused my baldness. I had a full, healthy head of hair when I went into surgery.
