Bad Experience, Not Worth It the Moning at All!

I went to this doctor because of the positive reviews but I had a bad experience. He is very friendly en answers my questions but the result wasn't like he had promised.
I did a MACS-facelift + necklift. The scars are awfull and there is no difference in comparison with my face before. I will never go back to this doctor.

Here you can see how I looked before the operation, there is barely a difference in comparison to how I look now. I paid 4500 euros for this. I also had an infection because the doctor does not subscribes antibiotics to prevent this.
