So here I am years after my surgery and I'm happier than ever. If this is something you have wanted to do, go ahead and do it. You won't have regrets. I have been settled and fluffy for a long time. Most people can't even tell that mine are fake. I guess because they no longer sit high. I'm very happy. :)

Wow. You look great. You're right. They look so natural. My doctor suggested 520 or 600. There's not a whole lot of difference. Idk what to do. I'm tall and 'thick'. It's hard to find a good reference. :-/ Thank you for sharing your story, btw.

I was in the same dilemma.
I chose bigger... I'm very happy. After all, you're doing this for bigger boobies! ;)
I'm also thick. Short. But thick... I'm very happy with my choice and you will be too!

Thanks for the great update and photo. You might have to share a post-op photo in the pre-op bikini top. That will certainly show a difference. ;) Just curious, have you told your friends and family about your procedure? Hope everyone is happy for you!

I have given all of them away, the husband wouldnt be happy if I "Squeezed" into the old tops now! Ha... I just wanted to find a picture of how I started out. Oh yes, they all know. I am not ashamed at all of them or the process. I have planned this for 7 years! I actually had surgery scheduled for 7 years ago and found out I was pregnant and had to cancel. So everyone has known this was coming. :)

I don't blame your husband! ;)

Glad you're not ashamed of your procedure. It's nice to have the support from friends and family. I have heard so many women in your situation where they have the surgery scheduled and then get pregnant. You should add that part of your story to your review as it will be inspirational for many women to see that you eventually did get your dream boobs!

Thanks for sharing your story! It really helps those of us yet to be on the other side. :) How do you like your 600cc now? I am also scheduled for 600 soon and worried they might be too big, health risks, or fall into my armpits!! I was originally sched for 533 but somehow after the pre-op, I ended up at 600!! I hope I'm making the right decision... I am now a 34-nothing! So basically I'm starting out with flat pancakes and I was assuming the dr was literall building my boobs from ground up! 600 sounds big but hard to tell when it's under muscle and body factors come into play. What do you think?
July 20, 2014
That would depend on your size and frame, 600cc will look different on everyone. I am 5'3 and 137lb so for me it is not to large at all. 600cc fits my body type perfectly. Mine only go "into my armpits" when I lay flat on my back, which I hate but it is still worth it by a long shot! Ive had a very nice recovery and healing path but everyone is different, theres no way to tell what the health risk are because they do differ per person but I can tell you it was worth the gamble to me! I hope I helped! :)

You will be fine!! And in love! Boobie greed will get to you. Lol. I already want mine bigger... I'll be thinking of you! You will be so much happier. Be positive! Cross the negative bridges only if you HAVE to! :)

Update:

I wasnt sure how long of a post I could initially write so I tried to keep it short and simple. Before BA I wore a 34A, but honestly without a padded bra I was probably a AA...I wouldnt know because I have worn padded bras since Ive had boobs I think! Which is another thing I would like to add, If you are used to wearing a padded bra and have BA, you may not be as happy with the results in clothing because youre already used to a fake image from the bra- just try to remember (I have to remind myself) Now its YOUR boobs and not a bra! I was fitted at VS right after christmas (I had surgery on Nov 27th) and fitted as a 34DDD. I dont feel that big. especially compared to all my naturally endowed friends...but after spending the $$ Its nice to hear that! Ha. I think realistically I am probably a 34D... in non VS bras. Maybe a 34DD... I Will keep adding as I can think of things or get questions! Thanks for reading guys! :)

I think you look amazing!!!! I've been going on consultations and recently was told of Dr Powell! I wish I had known about him a few months ago :) I've been going to Atlanta but Macon is so much closer and if the surgeon is good then this is a better alternative for me! Now, I know I will need a breast lift as well so that is a difference from your experience but I also will need a large implant to achieve any kind of decent size. Did he use the Keller Funnel for placement? Does he use the strap? When were you advised to start massaging? What was your day of surgery experience like...and then recovery?
