rhinoplasty and chino lipo. Macomb Township, MI

I was 42 and had had a short wide nose with huge nostrils all my life. When I researched rhinoplasty I found that I had a 'ethnic man' nose. It was bulbous with no bridge and wide nostrils. Very unattractive. I talked to multiple doctors but went back to the Dr I saw first who is also someone recommended by a coworker whose son has a successful rhinoplasty by him. He offered me chin lipo for an extra $500 or $1,000 (I can't remember ) which I was very pleased with. I had absolutely no pain and no bruising throughout the entire process. I dont know if that is common but it made me happy. I had slight scars on the sides of my nostrils and underneath but they have faded and the underneath one is the only one left. The Dr took cartilage from the tip and built up the bridge and lengthened the tip and then reduced the nostrils. It's not what I thought I needed but I trusted him and he was right on the money! I am almost exactly one year out and I would recommend Dr Fozo to anyone. I wish I would have done it 20 years ago.
