Still swollen and pressure can't hardly smell or taste anything wondering if that's normal some eye pain but other then that happy so far

1 week after sergery still swollen and pressure but so far I like the results I just wanted to ask if it's normal for the eyes to hurt

Your eyes hurt? Do you wear glasses? I find that my eyes only hurt because I haven't worn my glasses because I still have some swelling from my Septoplasty (I had surgery 9/9/2016).

No I don't wear glasses but am thinking it's probably because my eyelids are swollen but am not sure I had my surgery 9/9/16 too which doc did it for u

I was always scared to get it done but finally I took my decision and it was a great one the outcome was great and my sergeant was great loved everything about it I went to the lakeshore Ent and met with my docter he was the first consultation I had I explained to him that I had a problem when I sleep I snore at night and the can't hardly breath through my nose and allergies were killing me I also lost the sense of smell I couldn't smell anything and he too everything in to his notes and put me on antibiotics cause I had a infection in my nose and then decided that I needed sergery was scared at first but I did it and I think I made the best decision in my life I feel better from inside and out my sergeant was fabulous and am very happy with my results am still swollen and a bit congested but that's all in the process of healing and I will post pics of my nose once the swollen subsides

I have the same nasal issues as you. As well as similar shape of nose. I need to have a septoplasty/turbinate reduction/rhinoplasty done. Was the $6,000 how much you paid out of pocket? I am trying to approximate how much it will cost me to have it all done.
