I'm finally doing it! 4 days away and I will be in the flat side!!

After 3 large babies, each delivered via C-section-no amount or type of exercise will get rid of the dreaded mom pouch!! Plus after breast feeding, the girls are a bit deflated and the left side had a tougher time and needs a lift LOL!

I'm scheduled for a full tummy tuck, lipo on flanks, left breast lift with breast augmentation. My Dr recommended the Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants for a natural look placed under the muscle.

My husband and I initially picked out 360ccs. But after research and looking at this site I went back in for additional fittings and selected 405ccs!!!!

Can't believe I'm finally doing this! Looking forward to getting back to the gym and seeing actual results without the belly being in the way!!!!!

2 c sections and 2 breastfed babies later, I'm in the same boat! I'm scheduled to have a BA with Dr Basner in 2 weeks. Your post was so helpful and helped settle my nerves a bit! I'm back and forth between 405 and 425 (originally started at 385). Your photo looks amazing! It's making me lean toward the 405s :)

I have to hit the store today to get more recovery things. Here's my list for today!

Post Surgery Foods/Drinks:
Ginger Ale (to help with possible naseau)
Saltines
Jello

Swelling/Bruising:
Resusable Ice packs
Arnica Tablets
Bromelein
(I have the Arnica Gel already)

Scarring:
Vitamin E oil
Cocoa Butter
(I have the scar strips already and neosporin)

Other Care:
Peroxide
Stool Softener
Olive Oil (in case things just don't want to move)

Post Surgerical Vitamins (Already have)
Women's Multi-Vitamin that contains Vitamin C, E and Folic Acid to aid in surgical recovery

My friend recommended after the surgerical girdle is removed and a new one is given to be put back on - to put a light tank top in between the girdle and skin to prevent chaffing. And since I'm getting breast aug - after the surgical bra comes off - I'll need to get some cotton sports bras with no underwire. I'm not even sure what those look like since I've had to use underwire for as long as I can remember LOL.

I'm still excited and scared. I spend my evenings pouring over the RS self and the web researching making sure I have everything for a smooth and speedy recovery!

Sounds like you're well prepared! I love seeing the lists of things people are buying to aid in surgical recovery, comfort etc. It gives me some good ideas for my upcoming MM! :)

I couldn't find everything I needed at Target...my 6 yo was rushing me and there was a lady in a motorized scooter parked right in the middle of the pain meds aisle! Tomorrow I'll knock the rest out at Wegmans!

You are in good hands. 4 days ago Dr. Basner operated on me. Check out my profile. And this is the second time, first one was 5 years ago (chin implant with neck lipo)

Except for the Scar Away stuff (thank you Amazon Prime!) I got everything here today!

Not sure of what size tanks or cotton sports bras to get?? I'm going from a 34B to 405ccs. Will a small D fit in M or L? I have a friend that still wears a small with her aug but I don't think I could pull that off right after surgery!
