Fat Back and Tummy That Did Not Respond to Diet and Exercise

I lost over 50 lbs. with diet and exercise but no matter what I did I could not get rid of the 3 rolls of fat on my back or my large stomach that hung over my crotch. After watching shows like Atlantic Plastics and Botched I decided to get a plastic surgery consult. A friend had told me about the tummy tuck she had gotten with Dr. Rodriguez so I researched him on line. He had glowing reviews and step by step details of what each procedure contained. I scheduled a free consult on line and got a response within a day. My husband accompanied me to the consult and was very impressed. Dr. Rodriguez took all his doubts and concerns away. I was very self conscious about my appearance but he made me feel very safe and secure and I had no problem taking off my clothes, which shocked my husband. He was very thorough in explaining the procedures I wanted and how he performed them. He gave a breakdown of the cost of each procedure with several options and information of financing. He gave a tone of information about each procedure and nothing was left out. My first procedure was liposuction of my back and flanks and a tummy tuck in which he removed the apron of fat that hung over my crotch. The procedure went well and I had very little pain. He pre-medicates you a few days before the procedure with a herbal pain relieve that also helps with bruising. He uses a lip solution with lidocaine in it and places a pain pump in the surgical area along with giving you by mouth prescription pain medication (which I not need much of after the first 2 days). He also uses a small catheter to suck the fat out which cuts down on bruising and gives a better result. Being in shape from exercise helps a great deal. You use a lot of leg and stomach muscles during recovery. I had very down time. I was off work 2 weeks and able to drive the 3rd week. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff were always available for questions or concerns. He even gives you his cell number. The results are amazing. Due to redistribution of the fat cells I now have a nice round butt which I never had before. I did want fat cell placed back there but he said I wouldn't need it, the fat cells would settle there and shape it nicely. The only draw back is that what little weight I gained over the year increased my already ample breast, which my husband loves so it's a win win situation for us both. Because I had so much fat stored in my abdomen, he was not able to lipo my upper abdomen during the first procedure do to the time I would be under anesthesia so I elected to have the top of my abdomen done ten months later. My husband didn't thing I needed it but that's him. I was up and around in 2 days. Did I tell you, he gives day by day instructions on what you can and cannot do. The results of my cosmetic procedure is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. I', still getting used to my new look so no pictures yet but I have gotten a lot of awesome feed back from family and friends. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I like any other area done? Yes, my inner thighs. Probably by the end of the year. Would love a breast reduction but my husband draws the line at that. He's happy, I'm happy and you will be too!!
