I'm eventually going to need another surgery to fix the capsular contracture in my right boob. The doctor told me to do it whenever I'm ready. I'm going to try to schedule it over the winter because I just started a new job in January and I want to enjoy my summer.
With a bra on, you really can't tell any difference. I'm finally starting to become comfortable wearing tops that show off some cleavage. They don't sit up quite as nicely as I dreamed they would, but with the right bra, they look good. They're still a million times better than my saggy 80 year old woman boobs.
Capsular contracture??
I went to my surgeon yesterday because my right breast has continued to rise higher than the left and seemed like it was getting even worse. He thinks I may be developing capsular contracture but wants to wait until 4 months post op to make any decisions. He gave me a strap to wear over the right breast to help push it downwards. He also recommends doing chest work at the gym, which I have been avoiding. I've been doing a lot of research too and am massaging them and bought some vitamin E. I know there's not a lot of evidence to back these things up, but I'm willing to try everything to avoid another surgery. I'm trying not to freak out yet. I'm hoping that I can get this sucker to drop in the next 6 weeks!

Everything has been going well. I'm pretty much back to normal physically. There's still a few things in not comfortable with at the gym but I just improvise a lot.
I still have some puckering around my nipples and my left breast is a little bigger and sits a little premier than the right. But overall, I'm happy with them. When I start over analyzing their imperfections, I have to remind myself of how much better they look than before!
