"D" Day I've Been Waiting For..... -Lutherville Timonium, MD

So, tomorrow is my big day -August 9, 2013. I'm excited and nervous! I am excited I will finally have the volume and bust I have desired for years but I am super nervous about the price of pain that comes with the augmentation.
I researched tons of doctors in the Washington, DC area and even in the Atlanta, GA. I settled on Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez, a Baltimore area PS with 25 years experience. He has a host of blogs , where discusses various cosmetic procedures in-depth.
I am 5'7 and 150lbs. My pre-nursing bra size was a 34C , after nursing for one year I am a 34B (a very small , almost A, B). I am having a transaxillary 450cc silicone breast aug.

Okay so it was Monday about an hour and ten minutes ago, and now it's Tuesday (4th day). On Sunday after the drains were removed , I felt real good. I took one Motrin 800mg to ease the back pain I was having. My main issue has been the back pain since day one! Also I've been a gassy and constipated since the drains were removed. Overall, I feel good. Eating regularly and moving around. On my 3rd day, I felt like I could drive.. So I did! Bad decision. The 10 minute drive to and 10 minute drive back from my son's school killed my body! I think it was all the arm movement... I had to take a Percoset when I came home to get rid of the pain. I won't do that again... I have my 5 day post op on Wednesday to talk about the positioning of the bottom of my breast, whether I need to continue wearing a surgical bra, wire bra, or band on the bottom on my breast.
