After battling weight loss I am at 165lbs. Keeping my weight off since I was 24. I am currently still dieting looking to get to 150lbs. But I wanted to get a breast augmentation as it felt like a good time in my life. And so started my journey. I was a 36A and was looking to go for a 36 full D . I sell bras for a living so I am familiar with how this would look on me.

I'm getting my revision on Friday. Still can't decide on how many cc's. ..would u say 600 ccs is a good size....??? I was a C cup before my first BA. Now with 425 ccs I'm a 38D. Thinking of 575ccs....?

On me and my frame being so tall I am measuring a 38D 36DD at the moment but I'm still swollen I also have HIGH Profile and they haven't dropped yet. 575s sound like you'll be pushed to that DD /DDD Side if that's what you were looking for?
I can include a pic of how they currently look without my surg bra

600cc is considered the baseline of "XL Impmants" I wish I would have pushed it to 650

U look great!!! They will look bigger when the muscle relaxes.....i called my ps decided on 575 ccs mp. Not sure if 140 ccs will give me a bit of fullness. I'm so embarrassed to call again tomorrow and go back to the size we first decided on of 625ccs mp. I'm 5'5 170 lbs large hips/butt....

The bigger they are more sagging of the breast. I'm so confused....n scared of being too big....

Thank you :) I was scared of going to big too, I would listen to whatever your PS is telling you. My PS told me originally to do 600cc but at first I was stubborn and wouldn't listen and demanded 500cc because I didn't wanna be too big.
But I ended up going home and doing the water/ziploc bag trick and putting that in a cotton bralette and walking around for a couple days as such. That convinced me to go 600cc , especially because I am going under the muscle. I had to consider the protrusion of the implant and make sure it stuck out far enough.

I think you should do whatever makes you comfortable , I know the feeling of going back and forth with yourself over size.

Tired and cranky

Darkangeles
Still unable to get a full nights sleep I wake up every other hour or so. I can't complain about the first few days after surgery it was HORRIBLE. I have never been in so much pain in my life . They put me on a pain pump and gave me percocets all of which made me extremely bloated almost 5 months pregnant looking .
I am off the drainage tubes and pain pump as of now and relying on perc's at night and extra strength Tylenol during the day so I can be alert.
I'm having cabin fever because I feel like my progress is at a stand still but I believe that is because if the large size I chose , it's going to take longer.

This has been the worse part for me too. They gave me so many pain shots/meds/potions that I looked 5 months pregnant for several days after my procedure( now officially 7 days post). I worked very hard to lose the weight I have(40lbs) n took pride n never having to suck it in. I had to wear a girdle today! A girdle, grrr! But I love my boobies. But this bloat sux n I can't go 2 gym:(...Sorry 4 rant but I wasn't prepared for my new FUPA:(

So then we are neck and neck on recovery , we must've had the same surgery date.
I'll admit I laughed feeling your bloating pain, it sux! It makes me a little sad because here I am with new boobies and I look like I ate cake for a straight 2 weeks when in actuality I kept to a healthy diet . Hail to the gym though , we'll make it back stay positive and we'll get our buns back in there soon.
