When Workouts Didn't Workout. Lutherville, MD

I have been working out for the last 3 years on my own along with a personal trainer 3 times a week; although my body did change drastically in some area's, however my lower adomeninal area was'nt. I tried everything! from hours of cardio, conditioning and strengthen training,even isolation exercising targeting only my core with miminal results. I was tired of body not refelecting my workouts, so that is when I started researching tummy tucks.

I will admit I was a little apprehensive at frist because of hearing the horror stories, scarring, pain, and going under anaesthesia, never had any issues with anaesthesia but for some reason it is a fear of mine, nevertheless I set out reviewing pictures and meeting with different Plastic Surgeons whom all told me the same thing, "Extra skin, weak abdominal wall and some fat in the area. I setup an appointment with him and that would be the day my life changed.

To fast forward my surgey was on 10/12/15 and although I'm still swollen, and sore my results are beyond my expectations!! This man is a true artist! A master of design especially when it comes to keeping or making a women's body look curvey. Words cannot express my gratitude towards him. You know the old saying: "You get what you paid for" well that's exactly what happened in my case. My new tummy has given, my once declining motivation to now keep for the long haul in the gym.

I know in a couple of months once everything settles my results are going to be phenomenal!
