Unsatisfied with eye bags and contour of my butt...

Unsatisfied with eye bags and contour of my butt and waist-wanted lipo. Facial fat transfer is awful and will require additional procedure to correct. A very nice Dr. Just unskilled in this procedure. When dealing with procedures that involve the face, which is the first thing people see when the look at you the surgeon must be skilled enough to match a reasonable outcome with realistic expectations. That doesn't mean change your appearance to the point people are whispering behind your back discussing how terrible your plastic surgery looks.

Can you please share your before and after pictures? It seems like the only patients to write reviews for Facial Fat Transfer with him are the ones that are displeased,... until a few months ago when I saw 2 more positive reviews. His website photos are few and fairly old, I'd love to see more pics of his work.
I've had a breast implant revision and 360 liposculpture last year by Dr. Rodriguez and was pretty pleased with the outcome. I am planning to go back to him this year to have a lip lift and facial fat grafting. I'm 36 years old and just have the very slight beginnings of a jowl line, but I know by the way my mother aged that they will continue to get more pronounced, and fairly quickly in the next few years. At the consultation for the Facial Fat Transfer he injected water into the areas of my face to show me where he recommended that fat be injected and about how much. I liked the look. Apparently to "lift the jowls" volume needs to be placed in the cheek area. He also suggested adding some to the temple area to help widen my longer face, which he said will help me look more youthful, because our faces tend to look "longer and droopier" as we age. I'm 5'10" and fairly thin, so this made sense to me when he said it. This consult was last year when I was considering doing it with the breast and lipo surgery, but ultimately decided that was too much to do at one time. I ended up getting the filler Voluma injected by another doctor, because I wasn't ready to take the plunge. That doctor said the same thing Dr. Rodriguez said about filling around the cheeks to lift the jowls. She did inject the filler in the cheek area and it looked amazing! It filled out my cheeks very subtly and made my baby jowl lines disappear! The cost of 2 syringes of Voluma, an 18 month filler, is more than half the cost of the Fat Transfer. Now that I've seen the results, I would rather have the long term solution.
Just wanted to give you some background info, because reviews like yours definitely make me apprehensive about getting this done. Also, did you opt for local or general anesthesia?

I've had a full fat face transfer and wish he'd of injected water first as one cheek is waaayyy overfilled and I'm concerned about having it removed from what I've read. I think it's wise to not have had too much done at once. I regret having it put along my jaw as I no longer have a nice profile; however, everyone is different. Good luck!
