29, 2 Kids, Pre Surgery 34dd Breast Augmentation with Lift - Lutherville, MD

I am scheduled for surgery less than two weeks from now! I am having the usual second guesses and wondering if I should really go through with it. I am very active and go to the gym 5-6 times a week. I am 5'6 and weigh 165. Athletic build. At first I did not want implants but my ps informed me when they do a lift they take out about 25ccs and I told him I wanted to look proportionate and natural and he suggested a 400cc mentor silicone implant moderate plus under the muscle. I am excited yet nervous. The anesthesia makes me weary. I rarely take any sort of medication other than vitamins or supplements so all this pain medication creeps me out. I am thinking I won't take much of it but we will see how I am with pain! Anyone else have similar body stats and had this procedure done?? I'll make sure to update with pics!

I am 4 days P.O. and feel much better than I had ever expected. I am up and moving and not in pain, just a bit sore. My procedure was Friday, the last day in pain meds was Saturday and on Sunday night I took my first shower! It was scary and exciting to say the least. I was not sure what to expect my boobs to look like but I was pleasantly surprised! I had implants, 400cc and lift and also inverted nipple correction. My nipples are the only part of me that looks a little gruesome. I thought for sure that I went too big and I was going to look top heavy and regret my desicion but when the gauze came off I think they are a perfect size! I can’t wait for them to drop and see what the final outcome is!
