Don't do It

Here are pictures, my nipples were small and even, actually very cute. Now it’s disgusting and embarrassing they stick out of bras and almost cover my whole boob. Also look how different they are. Shape placement everything.

Breast lift with implants through nipple for minimum scaring. I have always had big breast, but after breast feeding 3 kids, I had big deflated breast, no volume. I picked Dr. Rodriguez after visiting a few doctors that wanted to either do the anchor cut (hell no) or half of this. Dr. Rodriguez said his specialty was only around the nipple scaring that will be completely unnoticeable. After reviewing pictures for before and after of his work, I paid for my surgery and set a date.

Dr. Rodriguez was very nice pre-op and at my post-op appointment. I paid extra for the pain pump and really had no pain. The office looks very nice, he does surgeries in the same building. Front desk staff was iffy- sometimes very nice, other times acted like they did not want to be there and not friendly at all.

I will say my breast feel great, honestly can not even tell I have an implant until you lift them all the way up. They are full and almost look like they did pre-kids. My issue is my nipples. Before surgery he asked about what size I would like my nipples and said he could make them smaller since that's where he was doing lift and implant through. But now, my nipples are more then twice the size they were and all oval shaped, but not an even oval, like a kid drew them. They do not match at all. Basically, they are HUGE, uneven and look stretched out. Its really embarrassing to say the least. I am so unsatisfied and hate looking at them with nothing covering my nipples.

He offered a revision but at a fee. I do plan to have them corrected in the future but no by him.
