Left with lumps all over my chin after subcision

Left with lumps all over my chin after subcision. It has been about 6 weeks and so far no resolution. Dr. tells me to keep massaging the area. I am told the lumps may be hematomas. I am also being treated for a possible infection. I regret getting this procedure. The area looks far worse than it did before.
