Hoping for the Best

I was going to wait to do this review since I am not fully healed and wanted to see my full results before deciding which way this review would go, but I am getting daily requests to write this via email and text (auto-generated but nevertheless annoying) so here goes: My review is kind of neutral, but I feel bad leaving less stars since I do think Jane really cares about her clients, which is refreshing. She wants you to look your best and I appreciate that.
So the provider runs really late: definitely plan a buffer of at least 45-60 minutes or you will be quite late to whatever you have after the appointment. This happened both times I went to the spa. 60 minutes late x2 (while paying NYC parking garage prices this equated to about $50+ out of pocket to cover the extra time)
Jane is very sweet and is the type of person you want to be around. My skin was/is a complete mess, so I guess I am not surprised that she talked me into upgrading the service I had originally come in for (Lumecca) to another service (Fractora), to the tune of 4-figures. I was not thrilled to add a service on the spot as I usually research procedures for quite some time before committing to them, but she was giving me a good price so I agreed. I am not sure in hindsight if I would have done this again b/c so far I don't see much of a difference, but this is why I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review. At this time, I have now done two of each treatment, and I am still healing. I don't see much of a difference but hope that changes. I do realize that the full results are often not seen for a few months, so I am patiently waiting to see if it was worth the money. Jury is out.
Now I should also mention that Jane brings her sweet dog to the office, which for me is a bonus as I am an avid dog-lover. However if you were afraid of dogs or had allergies (although this breed may be hypoallergenic and he's tiny) this could be an issue. You literally do not even know the dog is there bc he lays on the floor in his carrier the entire time. But it's something worth noting.
