Overrated & overpriced - I don't see any improvement from lower facelift

Overrated & Overpriced
Hate to have to write this review - but I think it's my duty to share an accurate review of my experience with Dr. Konstantin in order to help other patients make an informed decision.
In short, I believe this Doctor does not live up to the hype I read online - he is overrated and overpriced.
And I strongly suggest against flying from Los Angeles to New York in order to get this procedure - like I unfortunately did.
He spends very, very little time in consultation.
He does NOT study your face in order to suggest the absolute best procedure - as he should. This is baffling to me as in all the propaganda online about this doctor - it hypes him as someone who "studies your face so he can precisely treat the patient with the absolute best procedure". He did not do this at ALL with me.
Spends VERY little time consulting with patients. Instead, his patients are passed onto his staff - who do not have medical degrees and are not knowledgeable in cosmetic surgery and therefore waste the patients time.
His staff is very sweet, but again, they are not knowledgeable and should not be used as a substitute for a doctor who cares about making money over the care of his patients.
-Late, late, late. You will get the impression that he does not see your time as valuable - especially after getting your money.
-VERY impatient. Uses phrases such as "as I said" as if you are being a nuisance in getting clarification.
-Shoddy work. I do not see ANY improvement from the lower facelift. In fact, I believe I look worse. And this, my friends, is the #1 reason NOT to go to this doctor. In addition to this, he does not take responsibility in the lack of
I recently went in for a 6 month post op (flying from LA to NYC). I couldn't believe how dismissive Dr. Konstantin was when I presented him with my issue over the fact that my face has NOT improved with the lower facelift procedure. I pointed out - specifically - what I had told him - from the start - was my issue with my face and inquired why it was still visible / apparent. Again, he pretty much acted like he didn't hear me. Kept saying "oh there's swelling". Me: "okay so once the swelling goes down will this improve?" Pretty much refused / ignored this question I tried to ask him multiple times in order to get an answer. Up until he turned impatient. Guess almost $20,000 doesn't buy you empathy and understanding from your cosmetic surgeon. F in bedside manner to top it all off.
Very disappointed.
But saying all that - I am a naturally optimistic person - so if there would be a staff member that can contact me in order to come to an agreement to revise the shoddy lower facelift work - or do another procedure that should have been done / prescribed in the first place - I hope that I can change this review to a positive review.
