He charged me over $8K and my face has not changed at all

I had a mini facelift with dr Dejoseph and it failed. My jaw line started to sag as if I had no surgery done. I had second surgery thinking maybe it will get corrected but it failed again. My earlobes look different so asked him to correct it prior to second surgery but it was not corrected after the second surgery. when I asked him why he didn't correct it, he said, oh you can't tell just cover it with your hair. I contacted the office and spoke to Jeanie. She was very rude and asked me to go to the surgeon who told me the facelift by Dr Dejoseph was not done right. He only pulled the fat not the muscle. I am furious at this doctor for charging me over 8K and my face has not changed at all. I have spoken with couple of his previous clients and they were dissatisfied with the result. I don't trust all the reviews that was posted on his website. Please save your money and make sure you find a credible plastic surgeon.
