Lower facelift Fat graft

Should have made sure we were on the same page. He said your jowls look great. I came for my neck. Got roped into fat injections after dissolving any filler. Burnt my face with laser and now have to redo $2000 or try hydroquinone. My neck is turkey and only skin not the muscle bands. I looked worse 1 month later. I will upload pics. He said How'd you take pic? I said in sunlight and we went into waiting room. He was shocked. Offered to redo if I pay for surgery anesthesia . Wtf? I have to pay again? You didn't address my concern. I initially Agreed. You feel powerless. Then I said no. I consulted with At least 3 other surgeons. My neck is skin. He didn't know how to address it. Not bands. And my face. Fat graft so wrong. Still bumpy. I've had kids come up and push on my poofy eye lids bc they were unreal and unbalanced . And so uneven. One side started to fall and now I look older than I Did months before surgery I will send pics. One surgeon asked if I wanted to even out plump around my eyes and add in the temple bc it looked so bad.
$$$ to fix this mess I was pretty. I'll get photos this week. Since this fail, I've thought of this everyday. Stressed. I told ppl. Embarrassed. Turkey neck skin, sunken eyes - not pretty, bc he dissolved all the filler and fat graft didn't happen to replace where he promised. So depressed. When can I save the & to start over. Like he cares. Pay me for fixing there. I can't express enough that he told me my jowls looked good. I came and asked for my neck. During surgery he decided He didn't feel it needed to he done. Charge me later. Any dr I've seen since is like Really? You had a lower lift? Really? I look like someone who needs a lower face lift. Totally ripped offBtw. He told me during surgery (I kept waking )didn't know how to use the laser but he'd go longer in areas I was concerned about . My skin is burnt. Need to bleach. Winter and sunscreen.
