Starting to feel my old self again

I feel very fortunate to have found the Ezra clinic. I had suffered some issues with tear trough filler provided by another clinic, this had caused uncomfortable lumps, so I needed to get this dissolved. I was initially seen by Michelle Khan who was very professional and recommended for me to have an MRI scan to show where the filler was located, the team then very carefully took to dissolving the filler which took several attempts. Unfortunately due to potential scar tissue made by the filler, this left me looking worse than before getting the initial filler. I felt helpless at this time, however I knew that I was in the right place. Both Daniel and Konstantina explained what options were available, they were extremely empathetic, honest and always had my best interests at heart. Daniel was confident that he could make an improvement with lower blepharoplasty and a mid-face lift but wanted to ensure that I considered this carefully. The whole experience although very nerve racking was helped by the wonderful staff, Mandy, Karen and Ally who gave me moral support and helped me with scheduling this. On the day of my operation, I was supported by Trish and Manish the anaesthetist put me at ease by playing my favourite music whilst I was being sedated. The procedure went well some lumps were removed and Daniel repositioned the remaining fat. Once home, Nurse Jo was on hand checking my progress during the healing process and has since given me lots of advice on skincare which was really helpful. I can safely say that the lumps can no longer be felt or seen, I still have a small amount of swelling around my cheek area but this is reducing all the time, the incisions are barely noticeable and I am starting to feel my old self again.
